Walk across Qasr El Nil Bridge for a classic Cairo view: the Nile below, Zamalek and Gezira ahead, and the city moving on both banks. The bronze lions at either end make the bridge especially recognisable. It is a public crossing rather than a ticketed attraction, and works particularly well as part of an evening stroll between Downtown and the river.
